be: every time you have a query about the property you have to get hold of the
right person (which can take time), explain your query, then wait for him or her
to get hold of the vendor and come back to you with the answer. The same goes

That way you can make an informed decision about

About our property listings
The information given regarding any particular property
for sale by the owner is intended to help you decide whether you wish to view it
and avoid wasting your time viewing unsuitable properties.
Whilst we guard against errors in publication where we
can, we have to rely on what the seller tells us about their property, so please
treat it as a general guide only.
Please note that we have NOT
visited the property nor taken any of the photographs published here. We
moderate listings as far as possible for obvious errors, spelling, presentation
etc, but otherwise the information has been provided by the vendor about their
property and further enquiry if necessary about any detail of importance should
be addressed directly to the vendor/advertiser.
An essential feature of our website is that sellers can place basic
property details directly onto our database for immediate viewing by visitors.
Thereafter, sellers can, at any time of day or night, edit or change the price
and description shown, again without any direct involvement by us.
